- リムジンご利用の2営業日前までにお申し込み下さい。（土・日・月にご利用の場合、締め切りは木曜日となります。）
- 弊社からお客様へ確認メールを送信した時点で、ご予約完了となります。

【注意事項】
- セダン車を無料でご提供致します。積載可能な荷物の量は、スーツケースLサイズ×2個、手荷物×2個程度です。それ以上の場合は、事前にご相談下さい。
- 配車時間にはビル下にお荷物が揃った状態で、送迎車から見える位置でお待ち下さい。時間厳守をお願いします。
- 下記目的地以外への立ち寄りは致しません。
- お約束のお時間以降、ドライバーの待ち時間が発生した場合（大量のお荷物を積載する為、忘れ物を取りに戻る等も含め）、待機料金はお客様のご負担となります。
- お客様ご自身にてドライバーへ直接依頼をされた事項に関し、弊社への追加料金が認められた場合、然るべき料金をお客様へご請求させて頂きます。
- お車に荷物だけ積載する事は、法律により禁じられております。必ずご乗車下さい。
- 後部座席の窓をふさぐほど荷物を積載する事は違法のため、固くお断りします。万が一強行された際、弊社では一切の責任を負いません。
Transportation Arrangement Form for Smooth Package Customers
Thank you for using Relo Redac Inc. corporate apartments.
As a benefit of a long-term housing contract with Redac, we will provide free transportation from the serviced apartment to your long-term housing.
- Please make your request two business days prior to using your free transportation. (For example, if you request Sat, Sun or Mon, the deadline will be the prior Thursday.)
- Your reservation is complete when you receive a confirmation email.

【Notes】
- We offer sedan cars free of charge. Larger cars might incur a fee. The amount of luggage that can be loaded is approximately two large size suitcases and two pieces of hand luggage. If you have more luggage than that, please consult with us in advance.
- When waiting for your driver’s arrival, please wait in front of the building with your luggage. Please be punctual.
- The driver will not go to any place other than the designated destination.
- If the driver has to wait after the designated pick-up time, a waiting fee will be incurred.
- We will charge you an appropriate fee for any requests made of the driver. For example, picking someone up, etc.
- It is against regulations to send your luggage without you in the car. You must ride with your luggage.
- Luggage cannot obstruct the rear windows. You are responsible for charges if the driver is ticketed.
